Jenna Wright has built a career out of making complicated information easy to understand. Armed with a degree from Arizona State University’s Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication, she began as a broadcast meteorologist and journalist before trading weather maps for payroll reports. Jenna founded Charleston Payroll, grew the business over 10 successful years, and sold it in 2024. Today, she brings that entrepreneurial energy to 1099 Tax Doctor as a director, marketing leader, and co-host of The 1099 Tax Doctor Podcast. She lives in Charleston, South Carolina, with her husband and podcast co-host, Eric, and their five children.
